The Information Technology Office (ITO) is responsible for many of the major systems that support fundamental library activities, such as Orbis, the LSF, MetaLib federated searching and digital preservation. ITO is divided into two teams: Integrated Access Initiatives (IAI), an R&D team; and Production Systems (PST), a support team for primary systems.
