ID Cards for Casual Employees
Both for identification purposes and to
gain access to certain staff-only areas, it is necessary for casual employees
to obtain a temporary ID.
Procedure to obtain a Non-Permanent Employee
Temporary ID Card :
· When the casual is hired, she/he will complete
the hiring paperwork.
· Library Human Resources will receive
the casual paperwork and will complete the form to request the Temporary ID Card.
· Library Human Resources will fax the form to the Library Business
Office to get the approval of the Business Manager. Once approved, the Business
Office faxes the form to the ID Center.
· The Business Office
receives confirmation from the ID Center that the request has been processed,
and informs the casuals supervisor, so that the casual can go to the ID
Center to be photographed.
· The casual needs to bring an appropriate
personal ID to get the ID Card.
· The
ID Center's address is:
246 Church St. Rm. B01 (Basement)
Tel: 432-0165
· This process takes approximately
two days.
