Yale University Library is a vibrant, dynamic, challenging and rewarding place to work and learn. Over the next few years we will all need to learn new skills, to acquire new knowledge or develop specific attributes that improve both our individual and organizational performance in achieving the mission of this great library.

In order to meet these challenges and reap even greater rewards, we must create an environment where learning is not just a formal event but an on-going and integral part of our work daily work lives. What skills will we need to develop? How will we learn them? What resources are available?  How can we leverage the talents of our staff members and co-workers?

While you are thinking about the next “door” you want to open, become acquainted in poster session format, with the projects and activities of various library committees, including the STOD committee that support your learning and professional growth.
