Our
charge is to design & implement a system and performance expectations for
library staff in the "M" category that is similar to the one used for
Yale librarians. These expectations will be considered in reviewing "M"
staff who apply for promotion in the next round, which will begin December/January
of the 2004/05 academic year. The Managerial Performance & Promotion
