Booking Travel with Orbitz
The Orbitz for Business Online Booking tool and full-service travel agency are
available to book travel. You may access the site at: http://www.orbitzforbusiness.com,
and the generic password is: travel. Once you log in you will
be prompted to change your password. (Please note: If you are registered on the
Orbitz for Leisure site with your Yale email address as log in, you may use that
password in the OFB site as well. If you have forgotten your password, click on
“Forgot Password” and Orbitz will email you a password.)
Below are both a Quick Reference Guide which will walk you through the Orbitz
booking process and a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document which should
address most questions related to the travel booking process. All Arrangers
have had their corresponding Travelers loaded into their profile, so that each
Arranger will be able to access profiles and begin booking itineraries on their
Travelers’ behalf. Anyone currently holding a travel-enabled PCard or
using a personal credit card may begin to book Yale business travel in the new
system immediately. Only travel-enabled PCards have been loaded into the system
at this time. While the pilot is underway we will analyze the travel habits
of staff and faculty to determine whether additional travel-enabled PCards should
be issued to routine travelers. Also attached is a power point which describes
the Trip Authorization functionality many of you will utilize to purchase your
air tickets.
Please contact the following individuals if you have any questions or problems

Please also remember that Orbitz for Business may be used for your full service
