The libraries are located across Yale's large campus. Below are details showing libraries in the Central Campus area, the northern Science Hill area. Individual maps depict the Divinity School Library at the far north end of campus and the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library on the Medical Campus, south of the Route 34 connector at York and Cedar Streets. The Lewis Walpole Library is located in Farmington, Connecticut, about an hour north of campus.

Visitors to Yale's campus can get more detailed information and find out about tours at the Yale Visitor's Center at Temple and Elm Streets, across from the New Haven Green.
