Members present: : Diana Quinones, Kelly Shand, Ruth Carruth, Amanda Patrick, Mary Bradway, Patrick Butler, and Aubrey Novack.

Members Absent:  Stephen Cohen, Lolly Lee, Kevin Glick, Kathleen Burns, Cesar Zapata, Bernadette Cioffi.

Meeting convened at 12:00 p.m.

HOLIDAY PARTY DETAILS:
It was decided that we will get disposable tubs for ice. Kelly Shand will pick them up tomorrow with ice for the soda and water. Stephen Cohen is going to get the soda and water. He will get 5 of the soda and 5 of the water.

Two cakes were ordered from Julia’s Bakery. They will be delivered to the Beinecke at 3 pm tomorrow. The caterers, Le Petite Gourmet, will start setting up at 2 pm and the Wine Thief will deliver the wine and beer at 3 pm.

Ruth Carruth said we will get at least one cheesecake, a fruit salad and a cake to augment the bakery desserts.

Patrick Butler volunteered to help in the clean up.

Kelly Shand will make sure that the caterers know not to bring out all the food at once. She is also going to reconfirm the deliveries of the wine and beer.

The members of the committee who can help decorate and set up will meet tomorrow at 2 in the Beinecke. The security guards are expecting us.

There will be a microphone and podium to use for the raffle announcing and any words that Alice might say.

Kelly Shand will bring in some holiday music and a CD player. If you have a favorite Christmas tape or CD feel free to bring it.

HOLIDAY RAFFLE:
LiSA will donate the rest of the champagne for the raffle. An updated raffle list will be posted on our website. Tickets will be sold at the party for those who didn’t get a chance to get them at work.
There were several new donations pending which will be brought in tomorrow.
