Members present: Ruth Carruth, Lolly Lee, Aubrey Novak, Mike Rush, Maryetta Russell, David McMahon, Bernadette Cioffi, Cesar Zapata, Susan Tucker, Tara Kennedy, Patrick Butler.

Members Absent:  Kevin Glick, Pamela Clifford.

Meeting convened at 2:00 PM.

INTERNATIONAL PARTY :
Will take place Friday, February 10. Volunteers received an email with information about where to report, etc. There will be four microwaves available, one in each room. Brochures will be available that day. There will be a live band in the Nave, karaoke in the L&B room, and dancing in the Lecture Hall. Over 200 people have requested tickets.

FIELD DAY:
The same caterer will be available and will use the same menu. One package of veggie burgers was suggested in addition to the caterer's food. Alice agreed to allow people to use her pool for one hour. We will need to get a lifeguard.

BOOK DRIVE FOR COLUMBUS HOUSE:
Arrangements have been made with Anthony. Sturdier boxes are needed so Anthony's staff can stack them. Ruth will get 12 boxes. The flyer will be made up and the contacts will be contacted.

NOOKS & CRANNIES TOUR:
Preservation agreed to have three tours of 20 people each. David has a list of possible Nooks and Crannies destinations that has about 25 places. He will send it to everyone. Everyone should start signing up and booking the tours now. Try to limit them to about one hour, but there is some flexibility. Make sure you find out the maximum number of attendees.

STAFF ART EXHIBIT :
A display case has been reserved for August of 2007 for one month. Right now, this year's exhibit has not been confirmed. Tara will try to confirm the date of the ice cream social in order to coordinate the times.

NEW STAFF RECEPTION:
It is scheduled for April 24th. They are planning for at least 60 people to attend. Maryetta was able to get estimates for the catering.
