Members present: David McMahon, Lolly Lee, Maryetta Russell, Aubrey Novak, Mike Rush, Susan Tucker, Patrick Butler, Cesar Zapata, Tara Kenndy.

Members Absent: Pamela Clifford, Ruth Carruth, Bernadette Cioffi, Kevin Glick.

Meeting convened at 2:00 PM.

INTERNATIONAL PARTY :
Brief discussion of the International Party on February 10. Overall, this event was very successful, there was about 200 people including library staff and visitors, there was a live band in the Nave, Karaoke in the L&B room, and dancing in the Lectures Hall. Foods and desserts in each room, beer, wine and soda were provided in the party, Cesar suggested more beer will be ordered next year.

NOOKS & CRANNIES TOUR:
Everyone will start signing up and booking the tours now, Maryetta will be organizing LSF tour on September 18, Lolly will contact Peabody Museum, Susan suggested to organize a tour for Sterling Stained Glass. Tara will book a tour for preservation; David will list possible Nooks and Crannies listing contact person.

NEW STAFF RECEPTION:
Scheduled for Monday, April 24 th from 3-5 in the Lecture Hall, they are planning for at least 60 people including new staff and supervisors, Maryette and Susan will chair for this event. Catering will be done by "Cranberries Catering & Café". The menu will include: cheese, fresh fruit, crackers, assorted mini sandwiches etc. Fruit punch, coffee will also served. Flowers, name tags are also needed in this event.

BOOK DRIVE FOR COLUMBUS HOUSE:
The Columbus house book drive will be beginning from March 1 st to March 31th. Ruth got 10 sturdier boxes in LiSA closet. Lolly and David already made arrangement with Anthony, will send all boxes to different libraries next week.

ICE CREAM SOCIAL:
Ice Cream Social for this year will be on May. More details will be discussed next meeting.
