MEMBERS PRESENT: David McMahon, Pina Laursen, Maryetta Russell, Tara Kennedy, Susan Tucker.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Melissa VanTine, Gareth Gibson, Pamela Clifford, Michael Rush, Andrew Gray, Kathryn James, Tara Kennedy.

Meeting convened at 2:05 PM.

NEW STAFF RECEPTION:
Since Gareth is out, there is no new information. As a reminder, the New Staff Reception will be on April 27th from 3-5pm at the Hall of Graduate Studies, Room 211.

SPRING FOOD DRIVE:
Maryetta reported that SSL, Art, Drama and Walpole have brought boxes of food to her. Paula, Pina and Maryetta have been checking the food boxes at SML and bringing the items to the "sick room" for safekeeping. Diane Turner said that she would like to have a photo taken of the LiSA Committee in front of the stacks of food collected from the drive. We are hoping to get the food picked up by the food bank before Easter, hopefully on April 5th. Then we can get the picture and have people help take the food down to the loading dock. Maryetta or Pina will call Stephanie at the Food Bank to see when the truck driver can come to pick up the food. Maryetta and Pina will also call outlying libraries they have not heard from to see if they need food picked up, more boxes, etc.

NOOKS & CRANNIES:
The Law Library tour was last week. The next tour is the Music Library, which was arranged by Mike

ICE CREAM SOCIAL:
This will take place in August. The Exhibit Corridor has already been reserved in August for the Staff Art Exhibit. We need a chair for this event, but we will talk about it when they are more people at the committee meeting, as Pina is the only present returning member after June 30th.

NEW MEMBERS:
June 30th is when folks rotate off. David will send out a Yulib message soliciting volunteers for the LiSA Committee
