MEMBERS PRESENT: David McMahon, Gareth Gibson, Maryetta Russell, Tara Kennedy, Kathryn James, Melissa Vantine, Sarah Burge, Michael Rush, and Andrew Gray
MEMBERS ABSENT: Pamela Clifford, Susan Tucker, Pina Laursen, and Paula Zyats.
Meeting convened at 2:05 PM.
NEW LiSA MEMBERS:
We had our annual LiSA drawing for new members and these are the new LiSA members:

- Daniel Hartwig
- Barbara Heck
- Laura Tatum
- Martha Repp
- Clayton McGahee
- Soli Johnson
Andrew agreed to be the new webmaster once Mike goes off the committee, if none of the new members want to do it.
ICE CREAM SOCIAL/STAFF ART EXHIBIT:
Kathryn and Sarah are the co-chairs for the event. They said that the Ice Cream Social will be on August 8th from 3-6pm. Ice cream will be provided by Ashley's Ice Cream.
Melissa reported that the art exhibit is at 75% capacity. Gareth and Melissa are making up a pamphlet that will highlight the artists and their work, including additional information as to how to purchase artwork, if anyone is interested. Some discussion was had about how to make the pamphlets available to people looking at the exhibit.
NOOKS & CRANNIES:
The next tour is of the Map Collection, coordinated by Mike. In August, there will be a tour of Preservation, coordinated by Gareth. He is also trying to get another tour of the Organ. Melissa is trying to schedule a tour of the planetarium. There was discussion about maybe having tours of the BAC and YUAG conservation labs.
The meeting adjourned at 2:30 pm. Next meeting (June 14th) will be at the Medical Library.
