November 6, 2008

Meeting convened at 2:00 p.m. by Soli Johnson.

MEMBERS PRESENT:
Soli Johnson, Katherine Eow, Andrew Gray.

HOLIDAY PARTY:
Poinsettias have been ordered.
The Santa suit is OK.
Kathy has contacted the Neighborhood Music School for musicians. 
The decorations in the LiSA closet are OK for use.
Kathy will send an email query to yulib soliciting raffle prize donations.
Soli will contact Barbara about caterer bids next week.
What are our security needs John Vincenti needs to be contacted.
We need to get a/v equipment somehow, including tv/vcr for kid’s movies.
Custodial services need to be contacted, Andrew will do this.

We will also look into doing some set-up starting around 3pm, and working around any students who might be present.

NOOKS & CRANNIES:
Divinity tour schedules for 11/13, 1pm.
Early December, tour of the New Haven Historical Society.
