Meeting convened at 2:00-2:30 p.m. by Soli Johnson

Members Present:

Soli Johnson, Barbara Heck, Katherine Eow, Gennifer Baker, Abdul Hannawi.

A. Tours Updates

1. Soli reported that the tours to the West Campus Facilities are coming very well. They are becoming more and more popular. With the snow covering the ground the West Campus looked spectacular; there were tracks of several wild animals: turkeys, coyotes, etc. The 3rd tour will be tomorrow, Friday, the 29th. Due to the popularity of the tours to West Campus Soli will arrange for more tours in the spring.
2. Soli reported that Laura has already booked at tour for the Arts and Architecture Library of the 14th of April.
3. Gennifer reported that she has booked two tours to Yale Police Station on Feb. 26 and March 19 (12:00-1:00 pm.)

B. International Party & Meeting with Diane

Soli will be meeting with Diane on Monday to discuss the availability of funding for the International Party. She will send an email to the members informing them of the results of the meeting.

C. Blood Drive, March 2

Soli reported that Clayton will send an email to the Library community asking them to sign up for the Blood Drive which will take place on March, 2.
