Meeting convened at 2:00-2:30 p.m. by Soli Johnson
Members Present:
Gennifer Baker, Barbara Heck, Katherine Eow, Abdul Hannawi, Madhu Luthra, Clayton McGahee, Mary Agata.
International Party
-
Soli reported that the preparations for the International Party are progressing very well. The food, the raffle tickets, the bands and the catering have been taken care of.

The raffle tickets are being distributed by the members of International Party Committee and can also be bought at the door tomorrow. Good presents and donations have been received.

LiSA members who volunteered to help in the set up will come at 3:00 to meet Soli in the Lecture Hall.

The Party will be held from 5:00-7:00 on Friday, Feb. 27. The locations are: the Nave, the Lecture Hall and L&B.

Those who bring their dishes can bring them to the Lecture Hall to be distributed to the different locations. The ingredients should be written and no red sauce or open flames are allowed.
Blood Drive
- Clayton reported that all the shifts for the Blood Drive are now covered and that there are so far 24 appointments. The goal is to reach 35 appointments.
Nooks and Crannies Tours

Geniffer reported that the tour for the Police Station went very well today.

Soli reported that there are two tours scheduled for April and encouraged LiSA members to schedule other tours.
Miscellanea

Soli reported that the Library Orientation Day is scheduled for March 19, 2009.

The New Staff Reception has not yet been scheduled.
