Meeting convened at 2:00-2:30 p.m. by Soli Johnson

Members Present:

Soli Johnson, Barbara Heck, Clayton McGahee, Andrew Gray, Madhu Luthra, and Laura Tatum

Nooks and Crannies Tours:

- The tour on April 28 at the Marsh Gardens was a hit. About 17 people showed up in the end, and we walked through the greenhouses, met the resident cat, saw a lot of exotic plants, toured the outside gardens, and learned about the plans to update these areas.  This is definitely one to do annually as soon as it gets nice.
- The Law School tour was happening as we were meeting.
- Laura reported in on the Arts Library tour that had happened earlier in April, which was another good tour and the new library is gorgeous.

LiSA Web Page:

- Andrew is working on this and shifting a lot of the library materials on to sharepoint. Once we switch over we have the option to have both a public and private site for LiSA. Some of what is possible we are already doing with the wiki, but this would be able to serve as a replacement.
- The biggest change that will occur with this switch is that we will no longer need one specific person to update the web site. Anyone on the committee will be able to have access via sharepoint.

New Members:

- Start asking around to look for new members. I need to check again exactly how many we need to fill for C&T and M&P, and I will have those numbers before our meeting on the 21st.
