Where to move your completed file(s)

1. Open Windows Explorer.

2. Select Tools from the Menu Bar.

3. Select Map Network Drive from List.

4. Select an unassigned drive.

5. Enter the following for the path:

\\webpac2\lsfdone

6. Enter your user ID (lower case) in Connect As:

example: ags

7. Click on OK.

8. A new window pops up asking for your username and password (lower case).* Your password will be the same as your user ID. Your user ID should be your initials.

9. Click on OK*.

10. You will now be mapped to the server where you can place your completed Access files.

11. Copy your completed file(s).

12. Click on the drive that you just mapped. Find your initials among the listed directories. When your directory is open, move your file(s) into the directory.

*If you are already mapped to the \\webpac2 server, this will not happen.
