How to get to the Access files online
1. Open Windows Explorer. 2. Select Tools from the Menu Bar. 3. Select Map Network Drive from list. 4. Select an unassigned drive. 5. Enter the following for the path: 6. Enter your user ID (lower case) in Connect As: 7. Click on OK. 8. A new window pops up asking for your username and password (lower case). Your password will be the same as your assigned user ID. Your user ID should be your initials. 9. Click on OK.10. You will now be mapped to the server with the Access files.* Problems? *
11. Click on the drive that you just mapped. Find your initials among the
listed directories. When your directory is open, you will see your Access
file(s). The name convention is initials + date generated + .mdb .
12. Copy the file(s) to your computer and begin selecting for the LSF. |
