What do ELIX Item Condition Statistics show you?

The ELIX item condition count is a count of the number of ELIX item conditions that were placed against a particular library's materials by other libraries.  For instance, the work that is represented by these statistics is the number of times KLINE, for example, went and searched for a book requested by another library through ELI EXPRESS.

The ELIX item condition is not the count of the number of times one library checked out material belonging to another library. If a library, for example Kline, wants a count of the number of non-KSL items that were checked out at KLINE, they would look at the Monthly Charge statistics by SU and location, go to the TOTALS column and add up the number for all the non-KLINE locations.

Renewals are not added into these counts.
