If you experience a problem using a Library resource while you are in one of the Yale University libraries, please report the problem to Library staff at that Library's Reference Desk. If the reference desk is closed, please notify staff at the nearest circulation desk.
During the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday): Library Staff should report problems to the Library Systems Office Help Desk: 432-1849.
During the hours of 5:01 PM - 7:59 AM (Monday-Friday); 24 hrs (Sat/Sun): Patrons should contact Library staff, if possible, who should report the problem to the ITS machine room. If Library staff are unavailable patrons can contact the ITS Machine Room: 432-6506.
Ask that the ITS Library Projects Group Staff Member on call be paged and
give a brief explanation of the problem.
