Things to Remember:

1. This only works for images in the VRC Collection - no cross-collection searching.

2. This does not work for Beinecke images - if you need Beinecke images outside of Insight - save a DL group and link to it. (Groups required for mid-terms or finals should have adequate backup).

3. This only works for Collection Level Groups (not groups stored in a faculty member's folder). If the faculty member has created Folder level groups - the groups will have to be opened and saved in the VRC Collection - VRC staff will have to do this, or someone with the equivalent authority.

4. This is not a substitution for an adequate backup - the images are produced from groups stored on the Insight server, if the Insight server is down - the groups are unavailable. Groups required for mid-terms or finals should also be made available via export to HTML with the HTML document and images stored on the Library Web Server (then removed after they are needed to free space).
