All records transferred to the the University Archives must be
accompanied by an electronic inventory using our template.
The preferred format is Microsoft Excel. We will also accept
Microsoft Word.
If your staff is unable to select, box, and inventory
your records, Manuscripts and Archives can provide staff to undertake
this work for you, staff time permitting. See Archival
Services for rates and contact archives@yale.edu
to make arrangements.
