| ABOUT MANUSCRIPTS AND ARCHIVES :: DEPOSITING STUDENT PUBLICATIONS
Undergraduate student publications form an important part of the archives as they document the thought and activities of Yale undergraduates. These publications are used frequently by Yale and non-Yale researchers alike, and the current and back issues held by Manuscripts and Archives are often the only copies available within the Yale University Library. After the publications are received, they are cataloged in Orbis, Yale's online public access catalog and permanently shelved in Manuscripts and Archives.
In order to ensure that student publications will be permanently preserved in the university archives, Yale College regulations require that every issue of a student publication be provided to Manuscripts and Archives. As each issue is published, please send or hand deliver two copies to:

Manuscripts and Archives is open from 8:30 A.M.
