Cynthia Ostroff starts as the new public services manager
On January 10, Cynthia Ostroff joined the staff of Manuscripts and Archives as the new public services manager. She will supervise the reference, reader service, and reprographic functions in the department. Cindy previously worked in the library's preservation department and brings a strong conservation background to complement her supervisory and customer services skills.
