Albert Snoke was the executive director of what became the Yale-New Haven Hospital. His personal and professional papers highlight his career in hospital administration, but also include family history and memorabilia such as Civil War documents and programs from social events at Stanford University. As a teenager Snoke was active in the Boy Scouts and was a member of the United States troop which participated in an international jamboree in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1924. This photograph dates from 1931 when Snoke worked as a park ranger in Mount Rainier National Park. |
