Since some collections have been microfilmed in whole or in part, the finding aid/inventory will tell whether the microfilm edition must be used in lieu of the originals.

Microforms are identified by unique call numbers. These will be found either in the online record or on the title page of the finding aid/inventory for each collection.

There will be a listing of what material appears on each reel of film. You will need the reel numbers when calling for microfilm.
