Two examples of modern artistic calligraphy by the Iraqi Muhammad Kirkukli: The first represents a human face containing a mirror image of the name "Muhammad"; the forehead section contains the formula "Salla Allahu 'Alayhi wa-Sallam" (Peace Be Upon Him).
The second represents a folded image of "Ya Muhammad."
