Mr. Simon Samoeil, Curator of the Near East Collection, Yale University Library, donated 50 children's books to Al Munawwara Islamic School in Maa, Davao City, the Philippines. The books were received on Apr. 16, 2009. This endeavor was in coordination with the Institute for Training & Development (ITD) and USM Graduate School.
