MELA 2007 Annual Meeting in Montréal, Canada

The annual meeting of the Middle East Librarians Association (MELA) is held concurrently with the Middle East Studies Association of North America's annual meeting, usually in November. MELA's annual meeting consists of two parts: a program on one or more designated topics, and a business meeting. All of our members are welcome to attend all or part of our annual meetings and associated events (such as special workshops) sponsored by MELA. The 2007 Annual Meeting is held in Montréal, Canada, on Nov. 15 through Nov. 16.

Middle East Studies Association (MESA) Conference, in Montréal, Canada, on Nov. 16. Mr. Simon Samoeil, Lenard Chiarelli and William J. Kopycki hosted a panel on OACIS (Online Access to Consolidated Information on Serials) and the AMEEL Project. This panel was sponsored by the Association of Middle East Medievalists.
