The tabs appear in the lower half of the window and include:

Bib Brief Tab

Author: The creator of the item

Edition: The version of the title

Publisher: The name of the publisher

Place/Date: The place and date of publication

Pub. No: The publisher number

Series: The group or series

ISSN: International Standard Serial Number

System No.: The ID of the network

ISBN: International Standard Book Number

LCCN: Library of Congress Control Number

Owning Library: Always Yale (does not refer to individual units)

Holdings Tab

Location Name: Location of the item

Call Number Type: Call number scheme (e.g. Library of Congress, Other)

Call Number: The item’s call number

Item/Holdings Tab

Call No. Type: Call number scheme (e.g. Library of Congress, Other)

Location: Location of the item

Call No.: The item’s call number

Enumeration: Volume and Issue number

Year: The enumeration year

Chronology: Year

Caption: Additional title information

Item Details Tab

Perm. Location: The item’s permanent location

Item Type: The item’s type (e.g. Circ., No Circ., Jour, etc.)

Temp. Location: The item’s temporary location

Temp. Item Type: The item’s temporary type

Media Type: The item’s media type (for media scheduling)

Spine Label: Midspine – includes additional information appearing on the spine, such as: Copy number, Issue range (e.g. no. 1 - 6)

Pieces: The number of pieces associated with the item

Price: The price of the items (dollars and cents)

Item History Tab

Recalls Placed: The total number of recalls placed on the item

Holds Placed: The total number of holds placed on the item

Historical Charges: The total number of times item has been charged and discharged

Historical Browses: The total number of times the items has been discharged without being charged

Historical Bookings: The total number of times the item has been booked (not used)

Reserve Charges: The total number of times the item has been charged and discharged while on reserve

Short Loan Charges: The total number of times a short loan item has been charged and discharged (not used)

Created/by/at: The date the item was added, by whom, and the location

Updated/by at: The date the item was last updated, by whom, and the location

Last transaction: The last time the item was charged, discharged, or renewed. Eventually this will also indicate the location of the last discharge.
