MAY FORECAST

The LMS migration tasks for May include the following:

• Inform vendors that the Yale library has formally begun a thirty-month migration to a new LMS (Project Manager).
• Establish threshold criteria for any LMS that we will consider (MMG).
• Invite a number of LMS vendors to make initial educational demos for library staff (MMG and Project Manger).
• Devise a library-wide method for establishing the criteria by which we will judge LMS systems; implement this method with the goal of having a set of criteria drafted by the end of the June.
