2. Division of responsibility for leading future discussions of demo situation categories

We changed the categories slightly, separating the creation/updating of authority records from the creation/updating of bibliographic records and
merging these with heading verification to form a single category
tentatively called "authority work/heading verification".  We divided up the categories amongst ourselves as follows:

Indexing/Searching (Mickey)
Shelflisting (Mickey)
Record Import/Export (Manon)
Creating New MARC Bibliographic Records (Rosemary)
Editing/Updating MARC Bibliographic Records (Ellen)
Authority Work/Heading Verification (Manon)
Catalog Maintenance/Automated Authority Control Processing (Dajin)
Item Records (Rosemary)
MARC Holdings Records (Patricia)
MARC Community Information Records (Ellen)
MARC Classification Records (Patricia)
Non-MARC Metadata (Dajin)

3. Discussion of demo situations for "Record Import/Export" category

Manon brought a draft document which formed the basis for our discussion. Many helpful suggestions for expansion were made and will be incorporated
into the draft document.  Ellen brought examples of specific Orbis records that could be used during the demo, including records with multiple 856,
520, and 6xx fields.  Rosemary offered to find specific records on Z39.50 sites in foreign libraries.  Patricia offered to find examples of records
with unusual central Asian diacritics.  Mickey offered to find records with symbols such as sharps and flats and the German "ess-tset" character.
