INFORMATION FORUM ON CCL/SML PHASE 2 RENOVATION PLANNING On behalf of the Library Renovation Phase 2 Planning Committee, its chair, Alice Prochaska, invites you to attend a forum introducing the proposed program for the comprehensive renovation of the Cross Campus Library and public portions of the Sterling Memorial Library, including the Machine City, nave, and Linonia and Brothers [L&B] Reading Room. The CCL and SML basement space is envisioned to be substantially changed in concept and use and will include an exciting Learning Commons to support group and individual study as well as expanding assistance in use of information technologies. Your comments will be welcomed either during the Forum or sent afterwards. Please plan to attend one of the following sessions: Monday, May 19, 2003 Sterling Memorial Library Lecture Hall 10:00 a.m. to 11:000 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All library staff are invited to attend one of these sessions, subject to supervisor approval and service coverage.
