N.B. If you are unable to make an electronic payment using PayPal, the only alternative is to pay cash at the conference venue. In this case, you should let us know right away by sending an e-mail to


    Residents of African countries:
    • USD 25.00
    • or ZAR 175.00 cash on site

    Residents of all other countries:
    • USD 125.00
    • or ZAR 850 cash on site

Residents of non-African countries who find it difficult to pay the higher fee are invited to contact the organizers (at the e-mail address below) and explain their situation.


After Friday, August 3rd, registration can only be made at the conference venue. Please note that on-site we can accept only cash payments in local currency (ZAR 175 for residents of African countries and ZAR 850 for everybody else).


Cancellations received on or before August 3rd will entitle to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.

For cancellations received after August 3rd no refund can be made.
