Reformatting and Media Preservation (RaMP)

In support of the mission of the Preservation Department, Reformatting and Media Preservation (RaMP) works to keep library materials available to users for as long as they are needed regardless of the format used to record the information. The Collections Care program routes brittle damaged volumes to RaMP for bibliographic review and eventual reformatting or replacement. In addition, RaMP also manages the library's Mass Deacidifcation program.
