DBI-Link (Deutsches Bibliotheksinstitut) This service searches the Zeitschriftendatenbank (ZDB), a union list of over 740,000 serials published worldwide,indexing, among others, Spiegel, Stern and Theater heute, as well as the DOBI database (for research in library and information science).

German language news sources online (WESS German Studies Web), with links to numerous daily and weekly newspapers such as Die Zeit, Süddeutsche Zeitung, and Neue Zürcher Zeitung, as well as weekly news and general interest magazines such as Der Spiegel and Profil.
