The guides - which mostly reflect the Conservative viewpoint - were compiled for 1885, 1892, 1895, 1900, 1906, 1909, 1914 and late years. They provide a history of all the major issues of the time and describe the performance of the Conservative, Labour, Liberal, and Radical parties and all significant utterances of major political figures of the period. Each guide is indexed.
