Send readers to Access Services for copier problems. The solutions for their staff are given below but only Access Services staff should have to do these things. This is just for our information.

If they are not there call or e-mail Jim Mathewson for toner 432- 3745 (also true for AML nave printer problems)
When a reader is inquiring about purchasing a copy card, needs a replacement
card, or any other miscellany: in SML, send them to the Privileges Office;
in Bass Library, send the reader to the Administrative Assistant's office. If either office
is closed, send them to the circulation desk and ask for the Evening & Weekend
Supervisor.
Only the Privileges Office or Barbara DaRe will refer readers to the Business
Office.
There are 3 card dispensers, 2 in SML and 1 in Bass.
There are 11 copy machines, 1 on Floor 4 near the entrance to 4 Wing, 3 in BassL and 7 in the SML Nave.
