If there is a job stuck in queue you will get a message that, "Printer is busy or unavailable, please try again later." , and in this case you may call the RIS Data Center at 6-4626 and ask for a reboot of the PS7 (PrinterServer7), in the case of SL_LASER2 and SL_LASER1, and the supervisor will be happy to do this for you.
