Access Services is now ready to accept manual requests. This system is to be used only in those cases where the person in question is utterly unable to use computers.

• Print the Orbis screen
• Clearly write their full name on it
• Mention any necessary details about the request (volume, etc.)
• Place it in the basket now reserved for this purpose on top of a cabinet located just inside their office space as you turn away from the elevator and head for the stack door. It's on your left side, at about my eye level and has a label about RSC use only. It's right where paging requests are accepted.
