Deleting Viruses

From the lower right hand tool tray

From the lower right hand tool bar tray, double click on the yellow shield to open NAV.Click on the + next to "View." Double-click on Quarantine. A list of messages will show. Highlight it/them and click on the red X. Click on "Start Delete, " then close, close, Exit.

From Start-Programs-Windows NT Explorer

If notification of a virus is received while you're on the desk, please go in and delete the file. You'll find it at:
WinNT\Profiles\All users\Application data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\NortonAntiVirus...\7.5\Quarantine
