GREETING FOR REFERENCE VOICE MAIL

This is the greeting that prompts readers for their personal information to leave a voice mail reference question (the "Press 1" option from the reference voice tree).

• Dial 2-8000, then *15055*
• You'll hear the greeting "Hello, Sterling Reference. Please enter your passcode."
• Enter the Reference passcode
• Press 8 for User Options
• Press 4 to Change Your Greeting
• Press 7 to Record a Greeting
