The library acquires books and journals in the area of pure mathematics, mostly at the graduate and research levels. The library has a good collection of journals geared to the research interests of the faculty and students of the Mathematics Department. Its collection of proceedings of conferences and symposia is noteworthy, and it also houses a strong collection of monographs.

There is a photocopy machine in Room 226 that operates only with copy cards that must be purchased from the Math Department office. Copy cards are available at a cost of $8.00 per 100 copies.
