Forum Planning Guidelines

• More explicit info pertaining to process/criteria related to ‘acceptable forums – see SCOPA mission.

• More explicit info regarding who/what number to call to set up refreshments, room reserving, equipment, etc.

• More explicit info regarding the steps/responsibilities forum organizer should take (such as how organizer should go to the site the day before the forum to be sure equipment is there and working, etc.

• Note that as soon as we have info about our forums, to send it to the webmaster (Este) so the info can be posted to the web site.
