7. Updating SCOPA web pages

MG and CR recommended changes and updates to their sections. This will be continued at our Sept. 20 meeting. We will use the projector to view the website together during discussion. Each person will mark-up a print-out of their sections, highlighting links that don’t work, and writing in corrections. This will be given to Marsha and Este to work from.

8. A couple of committee members have last-minute glitches with our scheduled meeting time in Sept. and Oct. Everyone is requested to send their schedules to ES by Sept. 11, and she will try to find a time that more easily accommodates everyone, when a room is also available. However, any change will be after our Sept. 20th meeting, which will take place as scheduled.

9. Reminder: make sure you cancel any additional reservations once a forum is set or if the time is changed.

10. The meeting was adjourned at 4 p.m.
