1. Amos Lasko's forum, "Assessment and Management Information Systems", is scheduled for 10/23, 1:15 p.m.. This event will be added to SCOPA calendar by Bill Fray.
2. David Stern, on behalf of LMC, requested a report on the state of library SCOPA grants. Gillian will write a summary for the grants subcommittee, after which it will be reviewed by all of SCOPA. When the summary is finalized, it will be forwarded to LMC.
3. Committee reviewed the new librarian orientation agenda and agreed that today's forum was great. Low attendance at the forum was discussed and SCOPA decided to offer the orientation again on 12/3 or 12/10. Diane will contact Sue Crockford-Peters and Robert Babcock about their availability. SCOPA members will contact the new librarians who did not attend the session to tell them about the extra session and encourage their attendance.
