Upcoming Forums
1. Librarian in Residence - Suzanne reported that this would probably take place in the first week of June.
2. Customer Service Model - Peter Hernon will speak on "Customer Service Quality Improvement Model". This will take place on May 8.
3. Yale Press - Discussioin postponed in Bridget's abscence
4. Tercentenial - A letter was sent to Linda Lorimar asking what was planned for the celebration.
5. Learning Organization - Chris spoke with Danuta on this topic and we will probably do something in the late fall.
Forums Under Consideration
1. Information Warfare - Paul Bracken, Political science dept. Possibly second or fourth week in June.
2. Electronic Cataloging - Possibly a 2 hour forum on automation projects for the Spring 1999 semester.
