Connecticut Center for the Book - CW is waiting to hear from Bridget Burke about whether she is pursuing this
New Library Orientation - CW has asked Chris Pedevillano to schedule for the week of October 12th - all SCOPA members should attend if possible. The format of the Orientation will be discussed at the next SCOPA meeting.
Nancy Roderer - early December - reflections on her years at Yale and the future of Medical libraries - Gillian Goldsmith will invite her.
Lou Volpi - late November - reflections on his years at Yale - Xin Li will invite him.

Gillian will send a message to David Stern about the need to have someone from LMC participate in the SCOPA grant application review process. Grant deadline is October 31.
