Funding of the Library Fellows Program


 Funding for the SEEC Fellows Program have been provided by the following:

Department of Education Title VI grant, administered through the Russian and East European Council of the YCIAS - 1993 and 1994

Department of Education Title VI grant, administered through the Russian and East European Council of the YCIAS with additional (three months) funding from UNESCO - 1995

The Chopivsky Family Fund - 1996 and 1997

Open Society Institute, Budapest Hungary within its Network Library Program - 1999

Dr. Kristaps Keggi Fund - 2000 and ongoing
