Summary: The State Archive of the Kiev Oblast (GAKO) contains materials pertaining to investigations into the assassination of Stolypin. These investigations went on for more than a year, with no clear answers to many questions. The documents in the archives contain information conveying the atmosphere of those times and what was happening in Kiev at the end of the summer and the beginning of autumn 1911. Most of the documents are originals and include the correspondence of the investigator of the Kiev circuit court, the originals of newspaper clippings, photographs, and various reports to the Kiev circuit court.
