SSLIS LIBRARIANS
SSLIS librarians have system-wide responsibility for selecting library materials, providing reference service to the Yale community, and offering library instruction in the disciplines of the social sciences and management. All members of the Yale community are invited to take advantage of these services. The Social Science Library is located at 140 Prospect Street, across from the Yale School of Management.

General information assistance is available from 8:30AM - 9:45PM Monday - Thursday; 8:30AM - 7:00PM Friday; 11:00AM - 7:00PM Saturday; 1:00PM - 9:45PM Sunday

Librarians are also available for in-depth research assistance in the social sciences from 1:00PM - 5:00PM Monday - Thursday and 1:00PM - 4:45PM Friday.

An instant messaging reference service is also available through Aim, GTalk, and Yahoo! Messenger. Our user name is YaleSSLRef and librarians are online from 1:00PM - 5:00PM Monday - Thursday and 1:00PM - 4:45PM Friday.
